Get to know the Role

We are seeking a structured and process-minded Product Analyst to join our Product team. In this role, you will focus on evaluating the efficiency and reliability of Hata’s core financial and crypto features. You will review how our wallet infrastructure, treasury operational workflows, and payment rails function in practice to discover process gaps, map out user/operational journeys, and support Product Managers in optimizing our platform's back-end value chain.

The day-to-day activities

• Workflow Evaluation: Review the execution of internal workflows—including payment gateway performance, settlement cycles, and wallet operations—to ensure they meet operational targets.

• Process Mapping: Map out end-to-end user journeys and fund flows to help Product Managers discover opportunities for automation within back-office and reconciliation processes.

• Friction Identification: Identify operational bottlenecks, system delays, or transaction drop-offs in deposit/withdrawal patterns and flag them to the engineering team.

• Feature Requirements Support: Assist Product Managers in gathering internal feedback, writing product requirement briefs, and mapping out user flows for new feature rollouts.

• Testing & Validation: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that new back-office tools, KYC/AML workflows, and payment integrations function exactly as the product team intended.

• Market & Competitor Research: Perform independent research on regional and global digital asset offerings (e.g., staking, OTC desks, yield structures) to benchmark Hata's feature set against competitors.

• Compliance Alignment: Support the product team in maintaining clear product documentation and process logs in line with regulatory requirements. 

The Must-Have

• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role focused on software products or financial operations.

• Foundational understanding of digital assets, spot trading concepts, and blockchain basics.

• Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and Google Suite tools.

• Ability to understand and drive both technical and financial requirements, including API integrations, blockchain ledger principles, and fiat payment rails.

• Excellent logical analysis, systematic planning, and high attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-stakes tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. 

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred).

• Familiarity with digital assets and its regulatory landscape is highly preferred.
