We are seeking to hire a Content & Social Media Associate. Talented and passionate candidates are encouraged to join our team. This role requires you to be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and community engagement.
The day-to-day activities
Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across platforms such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Drive followers on all social media campaigns including X
Manage all Hata’s community channels such as Reddit, Facebook, Discord etc.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
Foster a positive and active community environment by engaging with users on social media, forums, and other online platforms.
Organize and participate in community-building activities, such as live chats, Q&A sessions, and virtual events.
Gather feedback from the community and share insights with the team to improve products and services.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to content and community management.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce visually appealing content.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Track and report on the performance of content and social media initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to inform and improve content strategies and community engagement efforts.
Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
The must have
Invested in cryptocurrency and has strong interest in the industry.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content and engagement strategies.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about building and nurturing online communities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
