Terms & Conditions

1. The Hata “DCA Your Way to Love” Campaign (“Campaign”) shall start on 14 February 2025 and shall last until 7 March 2025 (“Campaign Period”). Hata Malaysia may extend the Campaign Period at our own discretion subject to the remaining pool of XRP, with or without notice to you.

2. By participating in the Campaign, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Only users on Hata Malaysia that have activated their Hata Malaysia Account will be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

4. To participate in this Campaign and be eligible for rewards, you must:

   • create an Auto-Invest plan through your Hata Malaysia Account according to the Campaign’s rules as specified by us; and

   • join our social media challenge according to the Campaign’s rules.

5. We may update the Campaign’s rules from time to time at our sole discretion, with or without notice to you. The creation of your Auto-Invest plan will be subject to the terms and conditions relevant to our Auto-Invest services.

6. Rewards for the Campaign shall be paid out in XRP tokens and are subject to a limited number of redemptions, as set out below in the following categories:

• Tier 1 rewards are limited to the first 50 users who create an Auto-Invest plan with any digital asset available on our Hata Malaysia platform worth RM100.

• Tier 2 rewards are limited to the first 50 users who create an Auto-Invest plan with any digital asset available on our Hata Malaysia platform worth RM400.

• Tier 3 rewards are limited to the first 50 users who create an Auto-Invest plan with any digital asset available on our Hata Malaysia platform worth RM600.

• Tier 4 rewards are limited to the first 50 users who create an Auto-Invest plan with any digital asset available on our Hata Malaysia platform worth RM1,000.

7. Rewards for the Social Media Challenge shall be paid out in XRP tokens and are subject to a maximum of 2 winners, who shall be selected at our sole and absolute discretion. Selected winners shall be eligible to receive RM560 of XRP per winner. Each user may only be eligible to receive each type of reward once.

8. Participants’ Auto-Invest plans must be created during the Campaign Period and must not be canceled, terminated, or paused before the expiry of the Campaign Period. Participants who cancel or terminate their Auto-Invest plan, or who allow their Auto-Invest plan to be paused during the Campaign Period will not be eligible for rewards.

9. Rewards will be distributed within 14 days following the end of the Campaign Period, as Hata Malaysia is committed to ensuring secure processing of the reward allocations (“Allocation Period”). Only users who have completed both steps set in Paragraph 4 above will have XRP tokens allocated to their Hata Malaysia Account during the Allocation Period.

10. Please be aware that rewards are not guaranteed; they are drawn from a limited pool that may run out without prior notice. Hata Malaysia reserves the right to postpone or cancel the distribution of rewards at its discretion for any reason deemed necessary. By participating, you acknowledge that Hata Malaysia has exclusive authority over reward distribution and that you will not contest this distribution under any circumstances.

11. Past performance does not guarantee or reliably predict future results. You should only consider participating if you are well-informed about the associated risks of cryptocurrency in general, and about XRP in particular. Assess your own experience, financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance, and seek guidance from an independent financial advisor before engaging. We may change or update the reward rates with or without prior notice to you. Historical rewards do not ensure future outcomes.

13. Prices of digital assets are subject to high market risks and volatility. The value of your deposited/transacted digital assets and the rewarded XRP tokens may fluctuate and might not match at the time of withdrawal due to market changes. Prices for digital assets can vary at any moment. As a result, you may experience increases or decreases in the value of your assets at any time. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions; Hata Malaysia is not and will not be liable for any potential losses.

14. Hata Malaysia reserves the right to exclude any participant from this Campaign in the event we determine that a participant(s) engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the Campaign, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses, or any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

15. Hata Malaysia has the authority to terminate this Campaign without prior notice, and interpret these promotion terms and conditions as we see fit and may change or modify them at any time. We are not responsible for any technical errors, typographical mistakes, inaccurate images or omitted text.

16. All applicable taxes, fees, and additional expenses related to the acceptance and use of rewards are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
