The day-to-day activities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Identify and target key audiences, setting clear objectives and KPIs for all digital marketing activities.
Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize effectiveness.
Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO).
Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximize ROI.
Utilize various analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Work closely with the product, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.
Proven track record of launching and managing digital marketing campaigns to acquire and retain users
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
