Get to Know the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial operations in a fast-growing digital asset and fintech environment. This role will oversee treasury management, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning while ensuring strong governance across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines traditional finance expertise with strong knowledge of digital assets and blockchain ecosystems, and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Crypto Treasury & Liquidity Management

• Oversee daily treasury operations across fiat and digital asset balances.

• Manage wallet controls, liquidity across exchanges, and counterparty risk exposure.

• Develop strategies to optimize capital deployment and yield opportunities while maintaining prudent risk management.

• Ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of digital asset movements across internal systems and blockchain networks.

2. Financial Operations & Reporting

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

• Prepare management reports and financial performance updates for senior leadership and the board.

• Establish and maintain accounting policies for digital assets, including valuation and revenue recognition.

• Ensure readiness for statutory audits and financial reporting requirements.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Tax

• Ensure compliance with relevant tax obligations and crypto-related taxable events.

• Oversee regulatory reporting requirements and work closely with compliance teams on AML/KYC obligations.

• Monitor developments in global digital asset regulations and ensure financial processes remain compliant.

4. Strategic Financial Planning

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives to support company growth.

• Develop financial models to evaluate new product initiatives such as tokenization or DeFi integrations.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

5. Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Establish strong internal controls and governance frameworks.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial excellence.

The Must-Have:

• 8–12+ years of experience in senior finance roles within fintech, financial services, or digital asset companies.

• Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain transactions, and digital asset treasury management.

• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
