Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Producer to join our Marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping Hata’s brand voice across multiple digital frontiers. You will lead the content planning and execution to engage our community and educate the public on the evolving digital asset landscape.
By integrating resources and collaborating seamlessly within departments, you will turn complex financial concepts into compelling stories that drive brand awareness and user growth.
Day-to-Day Activities
Content Planning: Lead the end-to-end content planning for all major social media channels, including X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies in collaboration with the Design Team and Digital Marketing Executives to ensure brand consistency and high engagement.
Creative Execution: Produce high-quality, platform-specific content (video scripts, captions, and visual briefs) that resonates with both retail and institutional digital asset investors.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely across departments to integrate resources and communicate product updates through creative storytelling.
Market Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, digital asset news, and competitor content strategies to proactively identify viral opportunities and industry shifts.
Performance Tracking: Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor content performance, adjusting strategies based on engagement metrics to improve brand reach and user retention.
Day-to-Day Activities
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative agency or a similar fast-paced content production role.
Fluent in English and either Chinese (Mandarin) or Malay, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for X, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Strong interest in or knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trading fundamentals, and the broader digital asset landscape.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to advocate for creative excellence and brand integrity.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple content deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
Proficiency in creative tools and project management software.
Familiarity with digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or fintech is a plus.
