We are seeking to hire Marketing Associates. Talented & passionate marketeers are encouraged to join our team. With Hata, you will have opportunities to work and create marketing content for Hata’s website and social media platforms. Hence, it is very important that you take the initiative to create content, and have the right mindset and skill sets to execute market strategies.

The day-to-day activities

• Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and newsletters, to educate and engage our target audience.

• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote new products, and provide updates to our subscriber base.

• Foster and expand our cryptocurrency community by engaging with users, organising events, webinars, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions) to increase brand awareness and loyalty.

• Stay updated on cryptocurrency market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports with key metrics and insights to inform decision-making.

• Work closely with the design team, product managers, and developers to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product features.

The must have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong passion for and understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.

• Ability to think creatively, adapt to changes, and contribute innovative ideas.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
