Get to Know the Role

We are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager. Talented and passionate candidates are encouraged to join our team. With Hata, you will have opportunities to work on, develop, and manage Hata’s overall marketing strategies and campaigns. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our marketing initiatives align with business objectives and drive growth.

This role reports directly to the CEO of Hata.

Day-to-Day Tasks

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive conversions (Signup to KYC verified to First Time Deposit).
Identify and target key audiences, setting clear objectives and KPIs for all marketing activities.
Lead digital marketing team to plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms (X, Tiktok, 小红书, Instagram & Linkedin).
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Develop social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement across all digital platforms.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Work closely with the product, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
Lead offline event planning and execution.
Lead effort to acquire and manage KOL.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.

The Must-Have

Deep interest and understanding of the cryptocurrency industry.
Proven track record of launching and managing digital & offline marketing campaigns to acquire and retain users.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is a must.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.
