Get to Know the Role

We are seeking to hire mobile app (Flutter) developers. Talented & passionate engineers are encouraged to join our team. With Hata, you will have opportunities to work and develop Hata’s applications and systems. Hence, it is very important that you take the initiative to identify problems, and have the right mindset and skill sets to solve them.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Build the next generation of mobile application frameworks and common components to make shipping best in class mobile software as easy as possible.

• Define and drive common mobile architecture and methodologies across the mobile application team.

• Collaborate closely with teams to understand and build what is needed to enable a delightful mobile developer experience.

• Ensure mobile applications can be rapidly and safely delivered to our customers through robust CI pipelines, tooling, and processes.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers across the company.

• Take full ownership of projects from design to implementation and deployment.

The Must-Have

• Logical Foundation: Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and basic Data Structures.

• Dart Basics: Familiarity with Dart syntax and asynchronous programming (async/await).

• Flutter Fundamentals: Knowledge of basic widgets, layouts (Rows, Columns, Stacks), and handling user input.

• API Basics: Basic understanding of how to connect an app to a REST API (JSON).

• Version Control: Fundamental knowledge of Git (committing and branching).

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and a high "hunger to learn."

• Portfolio (Plus): Any personal projects, GitHub repositories, or apps published during university/internships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
