Get to know the role

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Twitter (X), and Meta Ads. Google Ads experience is a strong plus. This role requires a data-obsessed mindset, creative collaboration, and the ability to balance performance with brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across TikTok, Twitter (X), and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on customer acquisition.

  • Drive structured A/B testing across hooks, creatives, copy, thumbnails, CTAs, campaign structures, and audience targeting.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS) to inform scaling decisions and ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
    Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop performance-driven ad concepts and briefs that align with funnel objectives.

  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across pixels, Conversions API, and GA4.

  • Maintain campaign dashboards and provide weekly performance breakdowns with insights, optimisations, and budget recommendations.

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in digital advertising.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to prepare and refine various communication materials, from social posts to digital ads.

  • Help organize, manage, and update our library of design assets to ensure all files are current and on-brand.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Twitter (X). Google Ads experience is a strong plus.

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, tracking setups, and attribution models.

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making.

  • Proficiency in Ads Manager tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, etc.).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, product, and marketing teams.

  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
