Get to Know the Role

We are seeking to hire a Treasury Operations Associate. Talented & passionate candidates are encouraged to join our team. With Hata, you will have opportunities to manage, maintain and operate treasury funds.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Monitor and perform regular reconciliation of fiat accounts and cryptocurrency wallets to ensure adequate liquidity for payment activities and to identify any discrepancies.

• Execute cryptocurrency transfers between wallets and exchanges.

• Build forecasting and cryptocurrency balance management processes.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to cryptocurrency holdings and transactions.

• Identify and assess risks associated with cryptocurrency assets, proposing risk mitigation strategies.

• Provide support for internal and external audits related to cryptocurrency assets.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, product, and operations, to support company-wide financial objectives in the crypto space.

The Nice-to-Haves

• Proven experience in treasury operations with a focus on cryptocurrency assets.

• Good understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and crypto wallets.

• Familiarity with various blockchain networks and consensus mechanisms.

• Proficiency in using cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills specific to the crypto domain.

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced crypto exchange environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in Treasury Operations, fresh graduates are welcomes too.
